It was a day of hits and misses....

We downloaded an item called Fittle Fish but it would not slice properly in the Tinkerine program. We tried several times but it wouldn't work. We tried the Fittle Train as well, but the same thing happened.

We had planned to print a Gruffalo for use with the story book, but learned that it will take 22 hours to print (?!). So, it was back to the drawing board for literacy ideas. We found files for the story Goodnight Moon and printed one of the pages (see photo below). It took an hour and 20 minutes. There are a couple of tiny holes in the top of the mouse, not sure why, but otherwise it turned out really well. There are 3 more pages to print and then we can use them with the story.
